This house has 4 BR, 4 BA, and can sleep up to 12 guests with a bathroom and shower downstairs. There is parking for up to 4 vehicles and has a garage and an outdoor covered patio with grill. The nearest beach access is less than 1/3 of a mile away and the nearest shopping is only 15 minutes away in Destin. Restaurants and grocery stores are within walking distance. Community pool open from March to September (labor day weekend). 

When you enter this two-story home, the entrance has a minimal step into the house. You will find stunning dark wood flooring, plenty of natural lighting, elegant and beach-chic décor and matching furnishings, all bundled in a truly relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. Experience ultimate serenity from the moment you enter, as the first floor features the main living area with a pull out sleeper sofa, kitchen, dining area, as well as a queen bedroom and full bath opposite. Beach is a short 8 mins walk and can be reached in much less time in 6 seater golf cart available at the property. Community pool is 5 mins walk. 1 garage has golf cart parked in it and there are 4 parking spots for standard sized cars in driveway.

Cozy beautiful cottage behind the main house across the golf course and 10 mins walk to the beach with beautiful views of the golf course and long island sound. Cottage has two rooms with full bathroom on the 2nd floor and a large living room on the first floor with a fireplace. Please note the main room on second floor has a queen bed and is separated from small room on second floor by a door. The stairs leading to second floor open into this larger room and there is no door where the stairs lead into the upper room. Large living room on first floor also have a sleeper sofa that opens into a full sized bed. Please see pictures to make sure you’re comfortable with this arrangement and feel free to ask any questions before booking. There is no kitchen but has a kitchenette( with an island , microwave, refrigerator and sink).
This beautiful cottage is perfect for a couple or a small family looking to spend quality time close to the beach. Cottage is private but located behind main house in front where couple of families reside with two small dogs. Cottage is separated from main house infront by a Backyard that is shared between the main house in front and cottage behind. Two small Pekingese dogs are friendly and sometimes play in the backyard.
