Welcome to - Enchanting Trout Creek side mountain oasis retreat - huge 3710 sq feet luxury TWO IN ONE CABIN, SLEEPS 17 GUESTS,  WITH 5 BEDROOMS 4.5 BATHS 2 SEPARATE LIVING ROOMS AND 2 KITCHENS AND TWO WORK SPACES, CAN EASILY ACCOMMODATE 2 FAMILIES WITH ENOUGH SPACE FOR TOTAL PRIVACY FOR EVERYONE. All bedrooms and two living rooms have tv with roku connection. 
The inside furnishing is stunning with great care taken in all internal decor with a luxury vibe in each room and top notch appliances and bathroom fixtures. One of the bathroom also has a disability tub just incase someone has that requirement. LOCATED PERFECTLY BETWEEN ELLIJAY AND BLUERIDGE WITH A COMPLETELY PAVED ROAD UNLIKE MANY CABIN WHICH HAVE A LONG GRAVELED APPROACH, AND YET LOCATED FAR FROM ANY TRAFFIC ON A 6 ACRE LOT WITH ITS OWN TRAIL AND CREEK. IN ADDITION TO ABOVE HUGE ROOMS AND LIVING SPACE THERE IS A BIG GROUND LEVEL BASEMENT GAME ROOM WITH POOL TABLE DART GAME, LUXURY BAR, FIREPLACE AND OWN FULL BATHROOM. THIS GAME ROOM IS EQUIPPED WITH A LARGE SONY TY WITH ROKU CONNECTION AND DVD PLAYER. THE GROUD LEVEL PLAYROOM OPENS ON THE BACKYARD PORCH WHICH HAS A 38 JETTED 6 TO 7 SEATER HOTTUB ON A PORCH WITH SCREEN GIVING A FEEL OF BEING RIGHT IN THE HEART OF NATURE WITH WOODS AND TRAIL AROUND WHICH LEADS TO THE CREEK DOWN. IN THE BACKYARD OUTSIDE THE PORCH IS  SITTING AREA WITH FIRE PIT AND BARBEQUE GRILL - PERFECT FOR RELAX AND WITH AMPLE SPACE FOR CHILDREN TO PLAY.

Cancellation Policy: Eighty-five percent (85.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
