LOCATED PERFECTLY BETWEEN ELLIJAY (10 mins to Ellijay downtown) AND BLUERIDGE (20 mins to blueridge downtown) WITH A COMPLETELY PAVED ROAD UNLIKE MANY CABIN WHICH HAVE A LONG GRAVELED APPROACH, AND YET LOCATED FAR FROM ANY TRAFFIC ON A 6 ACRE LOT WITH ITS OWN TRAIL AND CREEK.

-Bedroom 3 - second floor - Queen bed and with adjacent private work office/desk

- Bedrooms 4 and 5 - two queen beds

-Loft area second floor in between bedrooms 2 and 3 and consists of a Sleeper sofa which converts to queen bed on opening and has adjacent work desk (no computer or work supplies provided)
- downstairs Basement with game room - fireplace, wet bar, pool table, Pac-Man, tv cable+Roku streaming. Back door from this basement room opens into backyard/porch with hot tub and backyard with fire pit and outdoor sitting/playing area
- Woody trail from back yard leads to running creak at 5 mins walk (please note it’s a woody trail so have to be careful of insects/reptiles etc)

Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
