This house has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and can sleep up to 15 guests (maximum) with a bathroom and shower downstairs. Outdoor table fire pit and grill makes it ideal to relax on the back porch. There is parking for up to 4 vehicles and has a garage and an outdoor covered patio with grill. When you enter this two-story home, the entrance has a minimal step into the house. You will find stunning dark wood flooring, plenty of natural lighting, elegant and beach-chic décor and matching furnishings, all bundled in a truly relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. Experience ultimate serenity from the moment you enter, as the first floor features the main living area with a pull out sleeper sofa, kitchen, dining area, as well as a queen bedroom and full bath opposite. Covered patio area outside with a small backyard and grill. House is 0.8 miles to nearest public beach access at Pompano Joe's. Community pool is 5 mins walk, open in summer months. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
