Designed for families and groups traveling together, this approximately 2,236-square-foot, two-story Miramar Beach home offers four bedrooms, four bathrooms and flexible sleeping space for up to 15 guests. The open main level brings the kitchen, dining area and living room together so everyone has room to gather.

The sleeping layout includes a king bed in Bedroom 1, queen beds in Bedrooms 2 and 4, two full-over-full bunk beds in Bedroom 3, and a queen pull-out sleeper sofa in the living room. Bedroom 4 is on the first floor, and the first-floor bathroom is shared by that bedroom and the living area.

Outside, enjoy the covered patio, gas grill, private fenced backyard and fire pit. The community pool is shared, open seasonally and located about a five-minute walk from the house; there is no private pool on the property.

Pompano Joe's public beach access is approximately 0.8 miles away. Restaurants and grocery stores are nearby, Destin shopping is about a 15-minute drive, and parking is available for four vehicles including the garage.
